Company History
2000 - Collegiate Services, Inc. (CSI) is
founded with TextOrdertm.
2003 - CSI obtains its
first K-12 school district agreement.
2004 - CSI develops its second program:
TextTrackertm.
2005 - CSI signs a multi-year
agreement with California County Superintendents of Education Services
Association (CCSESA),
focusing on the TextTrackertm as a resolution to one of the
points of the Williams Case.
Founder Bio
Ronald Duvall, Chairman of the Board and
CEO
From 1992 to 2005, Mr.
Duvall managed Duvall Group Consulting, an operational/financial
consulting company. Primary clients of Duvall group
Consulting are university business services ( bookstores in particular)
and clients include UCLA, USC, Stanford, University of Miami, New York
University, Indiana University, Massachusetts State College System, and
the Northern Virginia Community College System.
Prior to that, Mr. Duvall spent 22 years
in university business services management and served such entities as
State University of New York (SUNY), Johns Hopkins University and
Georgetown University. He became an industry leader in
financial/operational efficiency process development, developed
innovative initiatives, including textbook processing, and developed the
most profitable bookstores in the country.
Mr. Duvall has a bachelor's degree in
Business Administration.
